This worked for me.
If Downloader not working try disabling your VPN if you are using one.
Also, make sure you are using Downloader by AFTVNews and not one of the imposters.
@AJS1 I had Troyâs Toolbox and TDUK Tectorialâs saved in my Downloaders favorites and now I get 403 Forbidden. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Hello, try disabling VPN temporarily and see if that fixes the problem.
@TROYPOINT I did and still get the dreaded 403 Forbidden.
I force stopped the Play Store, deleted Downloader & re- installed it.
VPN on & off to no avail. Thank you for your help. I guess itâs time for a new box, any suggestions?
Maybe try rebooting your router.

I just adjusted some settings in our CloudFlare account. Can you please try again? Might want to first go into Settings/Apps/Downloader and clear cache.
If this doesnât work, I would say that there is a good chance that your ISP is blocking this page as our security rules for that page are set to skip security protocols. I donât think this has anything to do with your streaming device.

Shot in the dark here. How are you accessing the Toolbox? Have you tried 250931 Downloader code?
@TROYPOINT Is there any way to get my ISP to stop blocking Downloader? Do you think this will happen with my new Ugoos AM9?

@SoloWarrior I have entered the code and the typed in link to no avail. It will not give me access to anything. I even deleted Downloader and re-installed it and it still will not work. Even some of my Apps wonât work.
Usually a VPN would take care of your ISP blocking access. Again, I think this is a network problem. To rule some things out you can try accessing the toolbox through a browser on your phone connected to the same network TROYPOINT Toolbox Important: must be connected to same network as streaming device giving you problems. If other devices are working fine accessing the Toolbox then the problem probably does lie with the device itself. But, if you are being blocked on phone as well then you know it is a network or Internet problem.
Iâve been using Troy toolbox for quite awhile now On chromecast and firesticks, but now I have tried to install kodi through toolbox but it will not install Iâve use the code on the Downloader app but to no avail. I have restarted cleared cache etc

It works fine on my Phone Browser and my Windows computer on the same network.
Thx I donât get an error message kodi starts to install and it just stops and doesnât complete installation
