When using DOWNLOADER on my Fire TV, I am trying to get to the TROYPOINT Toolbox using he given code (250931), it will not connect. Instead I get the following message:
An unknown error has occurred. Check your URL and connection
What can I do in I this case?

That’s the correct Downloader code - I see no issues with the redirect right now.
You can plug in the url directly and see if it works for you…

I had similar problem, yesterday. Kept telling me it didn’t recognize me as human. I had to turn off my VPN and then it worked.
