Can someone tell me where I can download the TroyPoint Insider mobile app for my phone? I factory reset my phone and can’t seem to find where I originally installed it from.

On any browser that can download type in search bar troypoint.com/tpapp. That should do it.

Hey papa that’s the RAI. You can install the insider on your phone or tab. I’ll do a search. I think if you log out and then go to log back in it asks if you’d like to install the “insider”.

Thanks Miki. That solved the problem. After I logged out and then logged back in, there was an option to install the Insider app!

@Miki sometimes I just don’t pay close enough attention 
. Sorry for that. I know in my browser when I click on settings when I’m on Troypoint Insider there’s a spot to click on that says add to homepage or homescreen.

I’ve noticed that my TroyPoint Insider app no longer works on my new Galaxy s24 phone. It worked just fine on my old Galaxy S9. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Really not that big of a deal, I just say hey Google Troy Point Insider and it will open it up and I just sign in. Thanks all!
Hello, we don’t actually have an app. What it does is notify you to add a shortcut to your device. The shortcut then opens the Insider website without the toolbar at the top so it looks like an app.
Within Google Chrome Browser when you pull up Insider https://troypointinsider.com then click the options button/menu top right corner there might be an option to “Install App”. Give that a try.
Update…you will see a solution above as I merged this into a topic where this was already discussed. Log out of Insider then log back in on your new device and when you do that you should be prompted to ‘install app’.
I see. Yes I meant a shortcut. Sorry to add to the congestion. I did do a search and could not come up with a solution. I will follow the instructions above. Thank you so very much your advice is greatly appreciated!
