Not sure the downloader code, but you can get the apk other places. Do a Google search and multiple places come up, but here is one from APK Pure.

This is version 2.2.1. Don’t know how new it is.

Looking around but seems the last release was 2020. I’ll keep hunting. No luck V2.2.1 seems to have been released in 2020. I can’t even find any active dev for Trex Media Group.
