Please direct me to the best advice to transfer apps on old firestick to new 4K firestick

You could do what’s called mirrorcast. Or just transfer everything to a USB and bring it over to the new one.
Or just manually move them. Any amazing apps will save on a cloud. Side loaded apps won’t. Will have to do that all over.
