Trakt - My TV Shows - Progress list - not showing shows correctly

I am using Kodi18.9 and have set up Exodus Redux and The Crew.

Both access Trakt. Three days ago my TV Shows Progress list started showing duplicate series streams and episode of shows were appearing that I have neither watched or watched a long time ago.

I opened a support ticket with Trakt and they tell me it may be an issue with a third party addon.

I disabled The Crew in case that was causing a problem but my list is still wrong. I also reset Trakt in Redux. Again no difference made.

Has anyone experienced this problem before and if so how did you fix it?
