Then I add a shortcut to my home screen for this and a seperate one for device authorization as well.

Yes RD will keep track of what sources you use and they call them “Downloads” Again you are being way to paranoid about this IMO but if you want to remove that history simply log into your RD Account, then choose Downloads, then My Downloads. You will see a list of everything you watched via RD and when you watched it. Just click the “x” for delete all and it will be gone. And it will start again the next time you watch something so just do it again, and again, and again. Forever! All Good
