What’s a good traceroute app to download. I’m getting an excessive amount of buffering at the same time every day. So I would like find out why,
Rather than trying to back trace, why not use a VPN and change your server locations.

I’ve tried that and doesn’t seem to help. I’m using SurfShark and I thought about asking them to help trace it.
