not sure what this would fall under but I hope you can help nonetheless. on a number of the torrent sites you list, there are computer programs that are available. I’m looking primarily at the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design - and my question is how that would work. Can I simply download it and use it just as if I would have purchased it? Is that possible and how would I log into it? I’m obviously new to this so whatever help you can provide is greatly appreciated
To get those programs for free you need to torrent them, meaning you need to go to a torrent site and find a cracked copy.
This is something you have to be careful with.

Yes be careful downloading software like this…lotsa bad guys out there and whatever you do, do not use such programs for sensitive material…ie banking, crypto etc.

There is another way that is not used very much anymore but highly effective and quite safe considering you download from servers that are on a site and the chances of the owner of proprietary software actually setting up a server and giving software away to log IP’s is not likely. Add to that as well, few people use this anymore and they can more easily find people using torrents. mIRC is the way and there is literally nothing you can’t get from there. It is a small learning curve but quite intuitive.
I actually had used mIRC since the 90’s, used torrents without a VPN, got caught, nothing happened of course then want back to mIRC until I started using a VPN. It’s a very viable solution for pretty much anything you would ever want.
