On the Troypoint toolbox I tried to download A App -says connecting, but it does not download
Is there a problem with downloading to the fire stick?

shouldnt be a problem loading to stick maybe the site is down also check stick is set to load unknown apps

What are you trying to download?

Newer Sticks require that each app be given permission to download files from unknown sources. Previous versions had a universal permission for all apps, but that has been discontinued.
Have you checked that Downloader has that permission?
Try temporarily disabling your VPN if you are using one.

When i tried to download an Apk from downloader recently i was asked for a credit card to set up an online account. Is this legit or a phishing scam?

sounds fishy downloader never asks that i would delete and reinstall from another source

Make sure you’re using Downloader by AFTVNews and not the imposter app.

That’s the downloader that i have and it’s the one that asked for a credit card to set up an online account. Should i provide a card or is it a scam

Yesterday I thought I was Uninstalling just Kodi as it was not working. It resulted in all added apps uninstalling including Surfshark. I can not download anything from the ToolBox. Tried for 2 days. MECOOL KM2 - Tried Kodi, Surfshark and AFK Time. All grind at “connecting”. VPN is a nonissue - there is none.

UPDATE - turning the MECOOL on/off did not work. Unplugged the power - the apps came back during power up, restart.

Not sure why you’re having issues. I just installed APK Time from the TB. No problem. Not sure how you managed to uninstall all your apps at the same time. Never heard of anyone doing that and not sure it’s even possible accept using the factory reset option which is different from deleting a single app.

I have the same problem. I have been using the ONN 4k Pro for a couple of years now and with Troys help I have never had a problem until now. For some reason I can’t download anything from APKTime. I have reinstalled the program a number of times with no results. I tried Bee TV and Flix Vision and both would not download.
Are you using SurfShark? If so turn off the cleanweb feature and then try.

Ok, do you have an ad blocker? Has to be something on your end, just got to figure that out.
