If your on full screen watching tv…
Hold the OK/select button…
Menu comes up from bottom… (search etc)
There you’ll see Audio Offset 
Adjust it to your Video
You can also Apply “that” setting to all channels
If you dont see audio offset let me know, cuz you can find it somewhere else
