TIVIMATE RECORDING ONTO EXTERNAL STORAGED DEVICES 2022
those directions are before android 10 i believe and won’t work on newer android os i believe because of write restrictions in the newer os

i seem to remember troy posting something about making external storage into internal storage i think?
i have older boxes and newer ones…the older ones are easy to record to external storage using sys picker in tivimate…alot harder to do on newer boxes?
Ya I think he did say it was easier to set up extra storage as internal due to permissions. But it needs to be external if you’re going to want to disconnect the storage and plug it into another device to watch what you record.

Yes sir. It’s pretty easy with X-Plore.
Yeah The recording is a hit and miss my wife always complaning and she records show like Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry
I never have any issue with Tivimate recording. But my Shield Pro is Android 11. Even weekly recordings work flawlessly.
Well you’re lucky i’ve tried every in settings stil cuts shorts maybe 7-10 don’t record and the wify likes she record like a freak she may get 65% ok I’ve even tried to remodify the M3U frm Tivimate
I’ve heard that some have issues. I guess it has to do with the device.
