Having problems getting EPG from Apollo Group. Using Tivimate, Apollo advise uninstalling Tivimate and a reinstall. I have lost my Tivimate password but am not getting the email with a password reset. I do not wish to uninstall Tivimate without my password, any ideas?

The companoin has a log-out but dont know if will let you reset when logging in… (maybe thats what u mean about email)
