When watching some tv series there is no volume. the show had volume at one time. happens on some but works on others
Welcome Bigfox I assume your using a paid tv service with Tivimate. A little more info would be helpful to direct you to a fix. Kind of streaming box, internet speed, vpn. etc. Clear your cache in the Tivimate app.
Are you listening through your TV speakers or a receiver?
Try audio passthrough in the “Playback” settings. In here you can also set it up to use a player like VLC which has all the codecs you can imagine and sometimes fixes these issue.
