Tivimate loss of everything

Been using TM for awhile with very little issues, I went into using it and it showed the new add source page, like first time. I went in and had to set up my premium. I went into the restore backup and, NOTHING! It’s like I never had set it up. BUT, it works on my other 2 devices and the IPTV service works on Sparkle. Any idea why it would wipe it out like this> Really scratching my head

When attempting to clear your cache did you mistakingly clear your data? I did that once and only once. Extremely careful now.

If it was a fire device could be the issue???

Not FS. I had used it earlier with no problems. The problem I had was there was no data backup to be found so I had to redo everything. Now, this unit was the only one that had a backup, my other 2 didn’t. So if I backup on all 3 and lose the data on one can I restore from one of the others. If so how? The service worked fine on Sparkels so not the service. I also had a problem opening up my Stremio so not sure if it wasn’t my MeCool

I always save my TM backups and use xplore file explorer to put my backup in my cloud then I can use xplore file explorer to upload it to any of my other devices

Actually before this happened my backup showed up not only in TM but also my file explorer. Went to look for it and it wasn’t there. So need to look at a better storage program
