Tivimate EPG not working

Friend has TIVI mate via her new (2021) Sony TV and on another TV via an Android box. Checked with TiviMate Companion and both TV’s are listed.
She just does not get the program guide even if update EPG is enabled

Clear epg and then update epg. If no epg is loading check that you typed in the proper code. Also, even though you have enabled the epg. Make sure you have assigned to your playlist.

Have found that the problem is with the IPTV service sometimes the EPG works and sometimes it doesn’t

And don’t be shy. I have 32 EPGs and load every one in every playlist.
