Hello, I’ve asked for help numerous of times but haven’t had any. Went on YouTube and followed this guy to get help. He said clear data and you want lose anything, but I’ve lost everything. I don’t have anything. Please Help!!!
tivimate is just a player you need to enter your data-- ie gotten from whatever ip service you use

I’ve done that several times and nothing is working.
Your long code will begin with an https:// and include your username and password in it. Then you will have to enter in a separate url for your epg. It, too, will begin with an https://
The xtream code will be a shortened version of your long url, and you will need to enter in your UN and PW in the place provided. The xtream code will have your epg already embedded in it.
You really need to contact your provider and get the xtream code that you need to enter. Make sure you are typing in the correct code exactly as it appears! Also, make sure you are typing in your code in the correct place!
Hey @lddunigan …what is your current status? Do you have TiviMate Premium? When you clear data, you have to go thru the whole process of unlocking premium on tivimate & setting up your player again. Then, as Davduck & Powerfader have stated…you just set up your playlists from your IPTV service the same way you did before…usually an xtream code (sometimes called a server url, not the m3u long code) then your username & password…make sure the playlist populates & the epg updates & you’re good to go. Nothing about clearing your data is any different than what you’ve already done the first time you set up tivimate & put in your IPTV service playlist. Your code, username & password are in the email the service sent you after you signed up. Let us know how it’s going…p
When I put in everything that was sent to me from my IPTV service I still have no channels Before I had channels but kept getting error 404. So I followed the instructions on how to get it to work after 3 steps and it clear me out of everything. No matter how many times I do it, I get no menu, no anything.
Your IPTV service was taken down if you were getting the 404 error on all channels. If you have a way to contact customer support find out if they are working on fixing their servers or if the service is shutdown permanently.
OK…if you’re positive you’re putting in the correct code in the correct location (xtream codes are the option just below the M3U code option) & you’re positive the username & password are entered correctly…& you still get the error code, then, as Powerfader suggested, I would contact your IPTV provider & get them in on it. Sometimes it’s on their end & they’ll send you a different setup to try. Hope they can help you out. Once you get set up again…you may want to do a backup (Settings/General). Good luck…p
Ok, go to one of the topic pages here in Insider that have a bunch of FREE url playlists and enter one of them and see if you get any channels. If you do, then it is NOT a Tivimate issue. It is an issue with your iptv service. In that case get in touch with them on their host website, Telegram, or Discord. If all of those avenues are no good. Then start shopping around for a new iptv service.

Thanks I will check this out as well. Well I’ve tried everything and nothing. I’ve iptv service is right here and no help.
