Also, did you try to connect your vpn to Ukraine or Netherlands as suggested by them? It says for smoother streaming but maybe it will work.

TheTVApp keeps “kicking “ me out. I’m using VPN but constantly get the buffering “wheel of death”. My internet is fine so not sure what’s going on. I’m using firestick. Thanks for the help

Try without a VPN. Try changing VPN settings.

Try the website instead of the addon. Usually works more consistently and rarely goes down.
