The Crew has no list of new episodes in tv shows
I think New Episodes will only relate to shows you are currently watching in My TV Shows. And it would be New not Unwatched episodes. I could be wrong.
Or is that the problem? No new episodes appearing from my TV shows list?
It used to provide a list of this weeks shows that lasted for about 7 days…now when I click on “new episodes” it tries to open but it doesn’t open…I get around it by using search history but the other list was so much better
I suspect the Crew’s developers are MIA (KIA)? It’s been going downhill for months. Pity.
What issues are you having? It’s still my Go to every day for all my Movies and Shows. Has been for over a year. What Addons in your opinion are better and why? If I don’t already have the Addon I’ll check it out as long as it’s Free and not Fen.

Simply put…new episodes under tv shows does not work…it used to show me all current weekly programs that have aired but now that feature does not even open…I reinstalled Crew but no effect
I don’t use the New Episodes sub menu but just opened it and it had all the new episodes of the Shows I have in my Trakt collection. Do you have a Trakt TV Account? I have been using Trakt Tv for years but just go into my collection vs the New Episodes sub menu. You need to have a Trakt account and if you have one you may need to reathorize Trakt in The Crew if you are not seeing anything. There is no problem with The Crew.

Add your shows to your Collection in Trakt. Then go into The Crew Settings and you will need to Authorize Trakt in The Crew (similar to how Real debrid us authorized) the. When you go into The Crew go to TV Shows and you can go to New Episodes or My TV Shows the Collection. However you want

Okay but you said The Crew has been having issues and I asked you what issues and why other Addons might be better. You didn’t answer my question. Not trying to give you a hard time but so many are saying The Crew has problems. There’s a lot of “The Crew is not working” posts but each time I ask someone what is not working I get no specific answers. My point is when there are a lot of false posts that something isn’t working (when it is) others see it and assume it’s not working. So what problems are you having with the Crew?

Zero free streams, RD streams not working properly (wrong title, freezing, etc). This is what Cinema did before it went down the toilet. If you’re not having any problems, great, quit worrying!
Oh I see you don’t have Real Debrid. No worries keep scrambling to find Free streams on KODI Addons. I’ll keep paying .10 cents/day for Real Debrid and keep using the Crew. And if you are getting Freezing it’s with your setup NOT The Crew. No worries here

Good morning @sktn77a . Is RD giving you issues on apps other than Kodi? I have it integrated into a couple of apps and never see issues similar to what’s happening to you. I know that doesn’t help you with Kodi specifically, and sorry I don’t use Kodi. Just thought if it works on other apps then that might point to Kodi or if other apps have issues it could be some device setting, although in that case I can’t think what it might be but I can do some searching for you.
Ok I did a bunch of searching on Reddit and it seems you’re not the only one and the advice seems to point to the “scrapers” as the issue, not the addon. I’m no help with that either, but maybe that gives you a direction to look into.
Kodi with surfshark reminds me the old ford pinto will Firestone 500 tires back in the '70s!
Hi Miki: Yes, I find Reddit quite useful (it found Kodi’s “hardware acceleration” issue I posted here a couple of weeks ago). And yes, I agree that most of the issues with the APKs and Kodi add-ons are something to do with the scrapers/providers that the apps/addons use. But that’s what I mean when I say some of these apps/addons are going down hill - their scraper/provider libraries gradually get out of date. Most time you don’t notice it (“boiling frog” syndrome) until something major happens.
I am using the crew with real debrid and trakt. It was working fine but now is not showing any of my debrid links. If its a problem with the scrapers what settings should I use?
