Reverse question. We all know buffering is the killer for us cord cutters. What exactly do the establishment, ATT, Disney, Dish, Netflix, Spectrum et al do to prevent buffering and is the technology “gettable?”

My feeling is these companies can store cached libraries which are available to their subscribers on demand. Similar to Real Debrid local cache storage.
