I have paid for both Cache Cleaner and App Killer and have installed on several device but can not get either to work on a new device.
The apps on my other devices are working.
I found the Cache Cleaner used to mess with my favorites in TVMATE?

Allow unknown apps on your device.
Ensure you have enabled USB / TCP Debugging before opening the app.
Also, try force close and clear cache on the apps.
Done all that. I am using a Nvidia Shield, Debugging is done in Developer Options.
I don’t believe there is a device limit on these apps, but not sure.
I have them installed on my 2015, 2017, 2019 Shields and they all seem to work properly.
Maybe do an uninstall/reinstall.
You could try clearing Data.
Did you buy the Cache Cleaner and App Killer through the Amazon Store or through Google Playstore? Are all the other devices you have these apps installed on Amazon devices?
I had to pay again to put it on my shield pro. The app killer and the cache cleaner.

If I recall you have to buy the app for each type of device. 1 for Android device and 1 for Amazon devices
