well T-Mobile texts didn’t work for me for 2 days after the hurricane… im outside of Tampa

I am looking into Starlink, which costs $600 for the dish and $120 a month and does not include a router. What router would be best for streaming and gaming? My home has wireless internet now with a TP-Link router model: HC220-G5 / AC1200 Whole Home Mesh WI-FI AP / * 25 Mbps Download* 6 Mbps Upload at $98.97 a month.
All advice welcome, Please.
