I am getting this error message when I try to watch a show on Syncler. Is anyone else getting this? More importantly, is there anything I should do to fix this?

I got this 2 days ago and when I checked I had been logged out. I signed back in and it’s been fine
Do you have syncler express or regular? Are you using rd with bouncy or all free?
I am using Kosmos Bouncy free. I do not have the Express package.
Do you have a real debird? Maje sure you are updated to latest version.

Does this happen when looking for links?
Does it happen when something plays? Or during play back?
Use just player or exo player.
It happens after I choose a stream to play. Instead of playing, I am receiving the error message. The show does not start.

Sounds like it can’t play the video feed. Exo player is synclers built in player. Just player is a external.
Before the stream begins, I have to scroll down and choose the “Play” icon for the show to begin. There is also a “Play With” option. When I open it, the default player is Syncler. The pop up page says “Open with Syncler”. I assume this is the one I should be using? Is that correct? There are several other option players available - Titan, MX, VLC, ES Downloader, ES Media Player, Android Video Player, Cucotv, Wuffy, and ZiniTevi. Should I be using one of these?
I really appreciate your help, as I enjoy and would prefer to use Syncler. Also, I appreciate your patience, as I not very technically savvy with this.
Just hitting play will use exo which is syncler player. Play with will allow you to pick your player.

I am using an Amazon firestick. Is that what you mean by device?
Sounds like that link maybe gone or moved or something. According to Google and support on discord. Try another link.
I am not sure what you mean by try another link. Do you mean try another player option? If so, I have tried this, and I could not get any of the other player options to work. Are you referring to another Kosmos package? If so, which one would you recommend that is not express?

Well if your using syncler its safe to assume you know that when you go to watch a show or movie the providers look for links, you should see a list of 4k 1080p 720 and such, those are called links, typically you click the best one at the top, im suggesting to try another one in that list for that show or movie.
You can try a different player but i dont think that will help. So keep trying different links. Thats the list you see before making a selection.
Yes, I should have known that. Thanks for that recommendation, but I have tried that also. All the links I tried give the same error message. Any other suggestions?
If its only doing it to the one show or movie and not ever show or movie its probably that feed effected, if its every different show or movie i would check to make sure your real debrid hasent ran out of time or re authorize your Real-Debrid
My Real- Debrid account does not expire until June of this year. Syncler said the Real - Debrid was ok, but I will try and “re authorize” as you are suggesting. How do I do that? Sorry for all the questions. This is like a different language to me.
Follow that guide, go to the part of real debird. So in syncler go to account real debrid and delete the account, go to real debrid under my devices and hit the x on sybcler delete that, then syncler accounts re add your info and re sync it.
Syncler is now working. I am not sure if it from anything I did, but nonetheless, it appears to be working ok for now. I cannot thank you enough for your troubleshooting assistance, and patience with all my questions. With much appreciation and thanks.
