I went to add another device to my Syncler+ (5 devices) and it showed that all 5 are being used. I’ve never given my code to anyone else.
The “Firestick “ & Pixel 5 are mine. I don’t know who Dani & Shandie are.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there a way for you to delete those users? If no, I would try to contact Syncler customer service and ask them to delete those users!

I can delete them, but I’m afraid they have the code somehow and then they can just delete me. There is no customer service.
I would still delete them. Do you have kids or anyone else who might have given out your login info?

- Waiting until your current subscription expires. The app will request a new code.
- At this point, enter the new code.
