Yup. Click bait. Continue reading and it’s clarified, showing that Skiff is misinterpreting the whole thing, most likely for their own gains. This is another example of where the info must be read in it’s entirety, including responses, to get an inkling of what’s being actually said. Ya need to be a real good lawyer to understand all the legalize.

Yup, after reading it the article sounds like more of a scheme to direct a buyer towards their specific services.
