Surfshark subscription?

Can a new subscription be added to an existing one? Thanks.

I don’t understand what you are asking. You can extend your sub and the time adds on to you current sub. Is that what you mean?

I think maybe they are wondering if one of the special prices can be had and added to their existing sub. If I remember correctly, and please correct me if I’m wrong @AMD237 but I think you can, but you have to contact their customer service. Hopefully someone who has done this can chime in.

Yes.I was considering that option.

I used it right off of Troy’s special pricing link. I added it to my cart, paid for it and the time was added to my current sub. I had talked to customer support because I was unsure, but it wasn’t needed when purchasing directly through Troy’s Surfshark special deal link.

When I tried Troy’s link it took me to a page for the deal. I logged into my Surfshark account and the deal went away. I tried it twice. I reached out to Surfshark customer service and asked if I could get the special Troypoint rate added to my existing subscription. Customer service responded with some BS that the Troypoint special was NOT through an authorized reseller and they recommended that I use their link to “keep your account secure”. Problem being their link is only 24 months at $3.71/ month. A long way from the $2.09 from the Troypoint deal. Guess I’ll wait until the current subscription ends and use a deal with another email address.

I’ve not had to renew my SS account yet. But I’m wondering if you can go through Troy’s link and renew without logging in. Just a thought.

I’m certain that someone has recently renewed their account and will be able to provide better guidance. AMD237 recently renewed his subscription as noted in his last post above.
