Who had problems with Surfshark remewals? I have been a member of Surfshark for four years, after my two yr anniversary they tried to bill my paypal account $57.96. This was for 1 yr of Surfshark almost $5 a month. I guess think they are like the cable companies give you a good deal in the beginning, then they take it to you. I’m only using their Starter level of their service. It does a good job & they don’t complain if i share the service with friends & relatives. They tried to hit me up again after my 4 yr anniversary again for $57.96, they just take the money out of PAYPAL. The only way to communicate with them is thru chat lines. At first its just automated, you have to get past the automated, to speak to a human, they will not refund your money, at first sll they wanted to give me were a few months extra over the year. BE CAREFUL setting up a subscription with them. They gave me 2 yrs for $57.96, i cancelled the subscription, so in 2 yrs i should have them try to give me a deal, instead of just taking it to me.
