I was able to purchase the Onn 4k Pro, and I have 2 years subscription to Surfshark. I installed Firefox and periodically the VPN disconnects. Ill go into Surfshark, and it says trying to connect. It eventually does, but as soon as I try to move on to another app, i get the message it is disconnected again. Has anyone had this problem, and has a solution or cause been determined?
Hello, a few things you can try.
- Reboot your wireless router and streaming device.
- If the above doesn’t work try choosing a different VPN protocol in settings of the Surfshark app. Some ISPs work better on different protocols. More than likely yours is on Automatic and is using Wireguard. Try switching to the other protocols to see if those work.
- If none of the above help, reach out to Surfshark support for assistance.
