I’ll pass it’s not that serious.
Hi has anyone had loading problems when surf shark is being used .When l tried loading my aqua door bell it tends to take ages for it to load . I turn it off and it loads right away. Just wondered has anyone had similar problem. Cheers.
the only problem I have is loading my phone to my car when surfshark is active. So, I have to disconnect when I get in the car in order for my phone to connect. I haven’t tried it with another vpn so couldn’t tell you if another vpn will work or not, or whether my car just doesn’t want to play nice with my phone when a vpn is on.
How to reboot my surfshark again today. It seems like about every two weeks I have to reboot it both of them, one on my 4K maxx, one on my shield pro.
I’ve found it’s very beneficial to reboot your whole device. I do it and everything just works better. If you do that of course SS will also be good to go.
I don’t need to reboot my whole system. Most I got was 700 hours out of SS before it rebooted. But what I need to do is give SS the BOOT!!
700 hours, well I would say getting a month out of a VPN and it never disconnected would be something that most people would love if that’s what you meant. I check the VPN’s Ive used randomly to see how long they sustained a connection to a server but that’s me. I like things to work the best they can and a system reboot cleans it well.
Well it was both bragging and truthful. I could not tell you I only get 34 the best I got was 34 hours or 70 hours because I actually have gotten 700 so I’ll be lying to you. But my average lately has been between 25 and 50 hours before SS disconnects.
this post is not empty
I can get well over 100+ hours regularly on my IPV connections on different devices. Should i reset the connection after a certain timeframe or let it go as long as it works?
Just curious if it matters.
I’m not an expert by any means in that area but as I’ve said before, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Restarting a device is always a good thing and most android phones will recommend that. Recently I’ve been on a server from Buffalo that SS chose, not one I typically do and it was well over 300 hours when I looked last. Not too shabby and a solid connection.
This morning I had a new issue show up on my surf shark VPN. This is on my never Shield Pro, I opened the app to watch one of my specials and the box would not turn on. So I had to unplug it and plug it back in and get a rebooted, and I start initiating a streaming, check in my vpn, and my download speed by analiti, and saw an issue with my system. Over 15 times because I lost counting, it came down to I saw a quick flash of a banner indicating something wrong with my account. I logged off logged back into my VPN account and everything worked fine. If anybody else is having trouble with SS, log off and log back on. I believe they are starting to use the kill switch to disengage the VPN if your account has issues.
I also had a weird thing happen with SS. It isn’t a service I have and certainly don’t use. I got an email today saying my Sub was going to be renewed and only one step left and that was to click the link below and choose my renewal setup.
Abso slap me lutely not. Definately a scam. So beware ppl.
We have been using Surfshark for several months with no issues, but this week it’s like Surfshark has been hacked. We can no long connect to the Dallas location which has been the fastest for us since the beginning. We are now blocked from using Syncler and our IPTV. We have rechecked our settings, cleared cache, rebooted. Is anyone else having issues like this? Any information on how to correct this?
i just connected to Dallas just now with no problem?
did you try clearing your cache and restarting?
Ive never had a problem with SS. Might I suggest, delete it and reinstall a new version. It cant hurt.
Multiple times
you tried to contact them on their chat channel?
honestly…seems to be something on your end? noone else is having a problem?
i’d try uninstalling and reinstalling the newest version that just came out
Thanks but how do you set that up?
Actually it’s called Split Tunnelling.
