When I use Surf Shark my speeds are a lot less than express VPN.

This is an old topic that has been discussed several times on this forum. Please do the research on this forum using a search engine or you can even go to Google and research on that search engine just indicate the name Troy point and it’ll bring it back to this forum. There’s many factors that be causing your problems and you need to read over them to recognize each one and correct each one.

In addition to what @AJS1 has said, higher speeds usually don’t do anything for you in terms of streaming. If you can get 20-30 Mbps you can stream 4K and anything higher than that is overkill and won’t do anything for you anyway. Try changing protocols in Surfshark app and change locations as well until you find your best speeds.
