Suddenly can't install builds into kodi 20.2

I even tried another USB stick and new install. Is it possible that spectrum cable has put a block on kodi? There is a possibility IPvanish malfunctioned momentarily.

Thanks to all who help.

I dont know of any Spectrum problems. Updated a build the other day.

Did you fillow Troys step by step instructions? Did you type url exactly (no capitals, spaces etc)? Did you allow from unknown scorces?

What build? Are you sure its still active?

kodi 20.2
Followed Troy’s steps
Syntax is correct. Sometimes I got message about directory not found.

Zip file does not show here. Unknown sources is turned on.

As I said before, this method used to work.

Try another repo to check if its url.

I did, cellardoortv

Hi, I have been trying to reinstall Kodi Build Xenon Burst for two hours. Each time I get to selecting install from zip / repository.diggz-18.zip and select ENTER, my screen keeps going back to the home page. Please HELP because I don’t know what else to do to get it installed.

Hi @BrendzMom2

You are probably using the old url.

Use https://tinyurl.com/diggz123

That should work.

Not sure the last time you updated but there is now AIO (All In One) build. You just need to set up some things first but not 100% necessary. You can just DL the skin (build).

Also, use kodi 21.1.

That’s what I was doing last night, using the 21.1 and the new url, but each time I got to install from repository, I would end up back on my Nvidia home page.

BTW, I had Xenon Plus working just fine until I selected Yes for the upgrade.

Not sure why the new url isnt working for you. Make sure the repo is 23 (not 18). If its 18 you are using the wrong url.

Diggz actually put out a quick update for AIO 1.6 today. I was able to dl the new build on my Nvidia Pro and Onn Pro today with no issues. There was an issue with changing flavors thats been fixed.

All i can suggest at this point is try again. It is possible you were trying to install the repo when they were updating.

Good luck and hope it works out.

Ok, so I uninstalled Kodi, restart my Nvidia and so far it seems to be downloading😊

Thank you for your suggestions/recommendation! Much appreciated!,
