I have the apps downloaded on my phone and tablet. It will play a trailer, however, if I try and view a movie or tv show, the streaming link keeps scanning, and I can never get the movie or tv show to play. What is causing this problem?

Scanning? It depends, what app are you using? Might want to check your internet speeds as well. Lots of info to be gained here for further help
I checked the internet, and it matches, what’s the speed which I have for ATT. I guess it meant to be watched only on a firestick.
If you have around 30 to 35 Mbps DOWN with an active VPN and the proper app installed for your device, you shouldn’t have any problems streaming. Please remember, we have no idea what your device is or what app you are using, so we can only guess what your issue may be until we get more information.
