I can get picture but no sound. Anyone help?

What app? What player? Is this on a Samsung TV? What device and model are you using?

At this point I believe you will need to take a look at your players or app settings that you are using and see if “audio passthrough” is enabled. Also make sure your HDMI port is the ARC port. Now Samsung is the Tizen OS but as you’re using a Firestick it is the AmazonTV OS.
Now the first thing I would do is remove all power from everything. Reboot your router, plug everything back in and restart. Sometimes the HDMI port connection gets messed up.
