Hi Crew! I’m stumped on this one and would like some help/suggestions!
I loaded a 4K Firestick for a friend of mine, and she attempted to watch the version of “Nobody’s Fool” with Tiffany Haddish. However, when she searched for RD Streaming Links, this is what she got:
I got on the phone with her and we went through it together, I got the expected RD links through Seren. Nothing that looks like what she got. We tried some other movies, and compared the links, which were identical (as far as I could tell). But, for this one movie, she only got this one, very strange link.
All of the settings in Seren seem to be the same as mine, so I’m totally stumped here! I did two Firesticks for her and both gave the same, strange, single link for this movie (I got a bunch of them).
What’s up with that!?! There must be something that I didn’t (or did) do on both of them, but trust me, this isn’t my first rodeo! Still, I’m open to any and all suggestions!
I was setting up a new Mecool KM7 Plus today. After loading Kodi and the addons The Crew and Dradis, it was time to authorize my Real-Debrid account. In the Crew, when you authorize the RD account, there are several options to turn on and off. One is “cached torrents” only, but I noticed another line that was allow “Real-Debrid Cloud”. Seems like this is what that is. A lot of links will be “web DL” or something similar. Apparently some links are now being stored on the “Real-Debrid Cloud”. Did you try to play the link? I wonder if it just plays or has to be downloaded first to be played.

Thanx for the tip, Dminor9 (a fellow musician, I see!)! I thought that I had checked the Real-Debrid setup in Seren, but I’ll check again and see what’s turned on and what’s different between her account and mine.
As to the file, as you can see, it’s an SD stream, and RD was set for 4K and 1080p, so why an SD would be the ONLY thing to show up is very puzzling!
