Storage Limit On Buzz X5

Hi, Does anyone who has the X5 box let me know if it’s true that 128gb is the largest size of SD card that came be used?
I tried the search for this topic but couldn’t find anything

You can expand your storage to almost any amount. Are you asking if the 128 is the biggest for buzz box? Yes. But you can expand it bigger, its unlikely you will need more…

The box comes pre-installed with either 64 or 128 gb internal storage. If you are wanting to expand for recording I would use the usb3.* for additional storage. The sd card cap is most likely about 128.

Thanks for the replies. The reason I’m asking is that I’m in the UK and my wife watches quite a few different soaps etc and she records quite a lot so wasn’t sure if I could use an SD card with a larger capacity than 128Gb

Thanks for the info on the tutorial. The tutorial I watched didn’t address this. I just ordered the 128GB X5 today. I guess it will be a long time for me to offer expertise, trying to teach an oild dog new tricks.
The tutorial you reference is the first vue. It doesn’t address expanded memory also no voice control on the X5 yet. I will be looking for the final review.

Forgot to mention use troypoint, when purchasing to get $20 rebate.

It does address it. Troy states he added a 256 GB Sandisk. Section 8 I think.
