If those dont work you will need to get a provider. Also try mad titan addon. This has been covered all over here.
Kodi Addon - The Loop and Mad Titan both show MLB games. The Loop is a little easier to navigate. But even then, at times, I have to find a game on “Search live game” rather than in the category “MLB Zone”. I have only used it a couple days ( since I got tired of waiting for the crew) but so far so good. I still have Mad Titan as my back up.
