Spam and junk email

I’ve been seeing a lot of apps to keep spam off your phone and junk emails. Anybody know anything about those? Incogni, cloaked,guardio, aura to name a few

I use Gmail for email and get a ton of SPAM but about 95% of it gets trapped in the SPAM filter. The othiler few I’ll just block and delete

For phone calls most of the carriers have apps to block or send SPAM calls to voice mail Any number that is not one of my contacts gets sent to voice mail without the phone even ringing and 99% of the time no message is left because it’s spammers or scammers
