Does any one have no sound when using a IPTV provider on certain station or is there a setting that needs to be changed in my Tivimate program.
Make sure in playback that hardware decoder is chosen. You could also try using the external player
setting.
That has happened to me sporadically. I then just back and open with vlc, or mx pro.
Not sure about switching video players for proper sound levels so I will leave any responses on that to others. I do know that sometimes the sound signals from iptv sources can be too low and you have to turn up your tv volume very high to get decent audio. I have found the way to solve that is to get a volume booster app. I have installed Volume Booster by Godov off the google Playstore and it works well to correct this problem. In most cases, a 10 to 12% boost in volume does a great job in correcting any volume shortfall and I can keep my tv volume at a lower volume.
There are also settings you can adjust on the Firestick for Audio . Under display and audio, volume normalizer if my memory serves me.
MX pro also lets you boost the sound.
I get no sound at all I have my sound bar as loud as you can put it, I contacted the IPTV provider all I get is we will look into it I tried it on a few iptv programs with no avail, so when my period is up I will move on to another provider. Thanks if any has any other suggestion I will try them .
MX pro player has always resolved the issue for me.
In addition to the other suggestions in this topic thread, check the volume control bar on your android device remote and boost it to the maximum. Then adjust your tv controller volume. In addition, I have sometimes found it necessary to use my installed volume booster with my iptv service to boost the sound level, especially while watching video on demand (VOD). This maybe because many movie and series soundtrack recordings are compressed and need some amplification.
I have clicked on a tv show and had absolutely no sound at times. I would back out of the tv show and them using tivimate open the tv show in an external player. If it was a sound issue, I chose VLC. If it was a video issue, I chose MX Pro.
Can’t hurt to try.
If you think it is on your provider’s side. Then why not install one of the free m3u’s found in this site and see for yourself. If sound plays, then you know it is on your provider’s side. If still no sound. Then start looking for connection issues.
I am not getting any volume at quit a few channels the iptv provider is doing nothing they keep on saying we look into it they will not get me to sign up with them ever.

When you open TiViMate it may load the last channel you were watching. Click the return arrow twice and the side bar, on the left will open, scroll down and click “Settings”, this will open the settings menu on the right, scroll down to “Playback” and click, the “Playback” menu will now open. I can only give you what I have for a setup, you may choose what ever settings you want. Here is my configuration

VLC is a free app you can get in any store. All you have to do is download it and then in Tivimate just long press on the channel you wish to open in an external player and click on it.
You can download the VLC app and MX Pro app from Troypoint’s “Rapid App Installer”.
Thank you I did what you said and I still get no sound this is happening on at least 1/5 of the channels this is why I think it is the IPTV provider but i get no response from them. I went with this provider from Troy page thinking they were ok but they got me once I take my chances and look on my own and not trust any ones advice.
If everything fails, contact your service provider, or switch providers.
It could be a networking issue. Or something on their end of all the hardware things you tried failed, that would be my only next suggestion.
I only bought a 3 month from them since this is my first time doing this, I thought i did my homework on this Company & I know what I am getting so we move on in a couple of months.
