Is anyone having trouble getting log on instructions from six star? I sent them the six dollars for the one-month trial weeks ago and so far, no response.
That’s not good to start out.

I hope you got that email that you were all setup. I decided to try them out Nov 10 and then asked a couple questions up front. They responded very quickly and then told me to watch for the credentials email. I received it on the 11th and tested they worked like the email suggested. Kind of confused about all the apps? You know they talk about two independent feeds, which sounds great. Buy my email had a link to xtreme codes they say is like real debrid for free. click on yellow source for no buffering? Then it has a link to Neutro Player and purple player you can download for free. Next the two services, 1 and 2 user and pass with independent links to url. Finally the Cinema Plus download code and install user either service 1 or 2 user and pass. So my confusion is are they giving me 6 different things to watch or you use the neutro and purple for service 1 and 2? I just started at the top and did the xtreme codes and it loaded with smarters app and a full set of feeds just like you would normally have as your only product from a service. I downloaded neutro and purple and same thing now I have 3 new apps all with their own feeds and content. but when i follow the links to the real service 1 and 2 they are supposed to provide the first link took me to a website for nginex a web server software? The second link to me to google? So just wondering if any of you set this up before and what goes with what?
Welcome Rick it can be a little confusing with there service. you have 2 different services plus a movie app you can use. If service 1 doesn’t work or have the channel you want then switch to channel 2. They don’t want you to use 1 and 2 at the same time. not sure why because I have 2 connections. Anyway just use the Xtream code in a player like Tivimate or one of your choice. I don’t use the movie app so can’t speak to that. Don’t test it on your phone unless you want to . Just get the codes and go from there. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, and I understand what your saying. The movie app they refer to as xtreme code was an apk and installed in the smarters app. It works fine. I guess what is on the purple app is service 1 or 2 as it has like 6000 channels and feeds from a bunch of different countries. It has all the sports and the same ting is on a blue app with 2 vertical lines and a dark blue triangle in the middle, when you open it the url comes up ottrun.com and seems to be similar to the purple app. Reading it again you are completely correct, purple and blue apps are service 1 and 2 and the xtreme code is the same code as cinema plus. Is it easy to change the service feed to a different app like service 1 take off the purple app and install on neutro player? The purple is very blurry just the app not the feed.
I have installed a lot of the apk’s but not much iptv feeds. I guess the Ottrun, purple app neutro player and smarters are all just software you can install the feed into? The M3U8 or M3U is that just the guide or the actual feed? I appreciate tyour input, I am going to gfo through the software and see hoe it works. Thanks again.
Yes, all you need is the Xtream codes or m3u and a player like Smarters pro or Tivimate. Don’t even mess with the extra stuff and just figure out the Tv. just don’t use Both 1 and 2 at the same time if you only have 1 connection. Tivimate is by far the best plater and for $25 lifetime sub it’s well worth it. Smarters works just not as well. A lot to take in. go slow. I start on service 1 and if the channel doesn’t work good, I go to 2. Hope this clears some of this up for you.

Xtream codes have nothing to do with the movie app it’s just your access password. Codes give you your channels aka playlist you put into the player Tivimate or Smarters. Xream codes are by far the easiest way to install a playlist. m3u second but a lot of typing or cut and paste it if possible. Forget about purple or blue and just think of it as service 1 and 2. A lot to take in! Have a great day!!

Totally have to agree with @Throttlejockey. With Sixstar Tivimate is the best option. The movies and series actually works better for me on Tivimate than the other apps they suggest.

I was thinking of signing up to six star tv but I checked recent reviews on trustpilot, some good some not so good , a couple have said they are being shut down , is that true ?
Don’t know about them getting shut down but they should be. Much better services out there! Move on
As a past user, would definitely not recommend.
I don’t think this user will see answers as they aren’t a patron. But I needed to move it out of open forum for site safety.

Only Sixstar 1 working for myself it’s been an issue for several weeks now. Sixstar 1 is working well and stable
I had six star a couple of years ago (maybe like 3?.. time flies when one is retired lol).
Their service got worse and worse, along with their customer service. Actually they were the reason for me joining troypoint and starting my journey into learning as sixstar was recommended to me by a relative, so I needed to fix the problem myself.
Six star gone… problem solved. lol

The team member who passed away has critical service 2 and service 3 data on his workstation. We are actively working to decrypt it. When we get access, Service 2 and Service 3 will be restored and all customer accounts will be updated. In the meantime time please use service 1. All proceeds until year end will go towards his young family left behind. Thank you for understanding.
