I’m have two streaming devices a Nvidia Shield and a Raspberry pi 4 both running Leia 19.3. My main add ons are Shadow, The Crew, Exodus redoux, The oath as my main sources. I already use a VPN along with real debrid, recently there are content problems with these 4.
My Question is should I update Kodi to the latest or remain with Leia?

its upto you if your happy leave it its easy to update dont delete the kodi you have download new one an it will update leaving all your apps still there unless you have a build then it will have to be a clean install
I doubt upgrading Kodi will help with the source limitations - that’s all on the add-on’s providers.
