While installing the seren addon installing all the settings done except the provider
I entered the URL but won’t download does anyone have any suggestions or fixes my internet connection is good

So as to not appear to presumptuous, go back and check your spelling in the input section of the repository url. It should read: https://nixgates.github.io/packages
When installing the scrapers package, it should read:
http://bit.ly/a4kScrapers

That is spot on info, I had the same problem once before, and it was the incorrect spelling that was my problem
