SD Maid on Nvidea Shield Pro

I found SD Maid in the Aptoid store or whatever it’s called which I downloaded from the Toolbox. My question is SD safe to run or is their another app recommended instead? Do I even need it to begin with as I already run regularly both of TDUK’s products.

Thanks.

I used to have SD maid on my devices, but no longer do. It is safe, but is redundant if you have available other options.

What would you recommend?

What is it you want to do using SD Maid?

These are all the utility apps I have installed on my Shield.

ESET Smart TV Security
Virus Total Mobile
TDUK Cache Cleaner
TDUK App Killer

I use the TDUK apps every time I close down my device. The ESET and Virus Total I run on an as needed basis.

No idea just keep things running smoothly. All I have now is TDUK. I’ll check out Virus Total. Thx.

SD Maid is a very good utility. I have the TDUK apps, but in all honesty ilI prefer to use App Killer and SD Maid, cache cleaner isnt a crucial as I always thought it was. Nothing SD maid doesnt already do and more.

SurfShark VPN - Made with Clipchamp

The “Clear Cache Data” in the Shield’s setting is simple and clears more of the cache than the TDUK Cache Cleaner. Not a whole hell of a lot more, but more.

I want to add SD Maid to my Shield Pro. I thought that it was in the Toolbox but it was not. I checked the Play store and got a message that it is not available there either. So I went to Downloader and maybe 4 or 5 links popped up. But, I didn’t feel that I could trust any of the offerings. They all looked a little shady. Any suggestions?
