Had a power failure at my house. Now my Nvidia Shield says USB storage device has been safely ejected. Tried reboot, unplugging USB. can’t get it back online. any suggestions would really help. Also where would I now find the video for adding storage to shield, since you tube videos are gone?
Had the same problem on the Mecool boxes 2,5.7. I sent the boxes back to Amazon.
Put the drive into a computer and format to ntfs…insert back into shield …reboot shield…buy a surge protector
