Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra problem

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra last March. Android Auto has never worked on it. Samsung and Google are aware of the problem and Samsung has promised to fix it several times. I have contacted Samsung and get the usual dribble but no action. My last attempt to contact them has gone unanswered. I’ve even filed a BBB complaint with the response that they’re working on it. I’m open to suggestions on how to get this problem fixed.

I think you may be in the wrong place. This website is all about streaming media. The category for phones and tablets was created to talk about apps and methods of streaming content.

Nothing we can do unless someone has made a workaround as I’m pretty sure this is a problem with the app and Samsung.

Android Auto has many issues and not just exclusive to your phone. Try Android Auto community. search for your phone. Good luck.
