I hope im doing this right. I downloaded the syncler app. Installed. But it wont let me get to the settings on the left. I tried going down a couple rows and clixking left. But im still stuck. Can anyone help please?

Try clicking the “return” button on your remote, sometimes on some apps it’s also a double click to open the left side menu.

I have another question. Setting up an Express package. The choice “exoress” is grayed out and wont let me click on it. Ive already bought a package. But i cant seem to get it to let me select it.

No. I have to log into that? On the app?
I went to syncler+, clicked on the package i wanted (1 year) and they sent me a code in my email.

I feel like such an idiot! Okay, in the email they tell me how to activate. Asks for my syncler+ login. Is that the code that they gave me?
