The question is where will all these technology price increases cease? Chances are not for a long time. The gaming industry, the streaming industry, anything that requires memory will only go up in price. AI is gonna be the death of humanity one way or the other lol
These kinds of posts tickle me. Roku isn’t just raising prices as much as they are responding to changing cost structure increases imposed by the international cabal of governments, each responding to the other. The USA leads the way here again. Are theses things really the fault of AI, Roku or the farmers? Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it !
Say what? These price increases are directly related to the cost of memory and chip price increases, due to rising demand because of AI. That’s really quite the stretch there from carrots to roku. Almost sounds political to me.
I think the take away here is get what you need now, 'cause it ain’t gonna get better soon.
With state of the world, it may be several years before we see cheap gadgets again.
