RI does not update 19.3 to 19.4

When I try to update from kodi 19.3 to 19.4 using the rapid installer RI says the update has been successful, but when I try to open Kodi all I get is 19.3. I have tried this 3 times. Firestick 4k max with usb drive. I have put together my own customized build and do not want to start over from scratch

I used the troypoint.com/kodistable search in Downloader app.

Works every time.
