I tried logging into Real-Debrid and it is asking me to change my email. I’ve used the same email for a couple of years with no problems renewing. It is saying my email provider is not allowed. I’m in Canada. Anyone experience this before? Would using a VPN help?
Did you use a “trash email” when you signed up? If so maybe it just caught up to you.
They say on their site they dont accept disposable or trash email addresses.
Also did your check your email/spam to see if they contacted you? Perhaps they did and got no reply so they considered it a trash email.
It’s my isp email. Used it for years.
Do you think maybe the ISP email address is the reason? Maybe something happened and it causes a red flag.
Did you try to contact them? Or consider just using a different email address?
My isp “SHAW” was recently bought out by “ROGERS”. Could that be the problem? But my email didn’t change. Still (Shaw.ca) I can’t contact them because I can’t login.
I have no idea what they consider a good email address.
And you checked for an email from them in Spam?
Cant you just set up a Y or G email account and contact them that way?
When you logged in did you only put your user name not the @email.com?
You dont log in with the @.com only the user name and password.
Solved. Just updated to my gmail and that worked. Now I can login. Thanks everyone.

The Portuguese consulate in San Francisco will not accept at&t.net email they say it’s due to security issue!

Good but way to expensive!!!
