I saw this discussed elsewhere too.
Last I checked I was getting RD results from FenLightAM and Umbrella. The few I tested played.
However on the Flix app I was only getting results for Premiumize links.
Time will tell and this is why its good to have a backup.
I got this error yesterday using Umbrella on Kodi. I switched to Elementum and was able to play whatever I wanted. I have seen this error from time to time on Umbrella. I never saw it last for more than a day or so. Guess we will see what happens.
I started getting those messages yesterday. I just move to another series that was playing. I always have dozens of series and movies in my favorites to watch. Lol, when one fails to play I just move to the next on my list.
Looks like RD has started deleting “copyrite-infringing streams” from its servers. My subscription ends May 24 so now seems like a good time to try a different debrid service!
Need some help here. While trying to view either tv shows or movies on Stremio, I keep getting a message “File was removed from debrid service due to copyright infringements”. This appears on the Comet links. I get a similar message on Torrentio and Duck stream. The thing I see in common is they all have RD in the stream description which I assume is Real Debrid. When I select a stream that does not have an RD in the stream description, it plays the movie/tv show. Anyone have any idea what is going on? No issues with Kodi playing RD links via Umbrella so RD must be okay. I use Surfshark VPN and tried switching locations even another country. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
I am getting the Infringing File error as well. It started last night for me
I started getting the same error yesterday. Nothing in Kodi, via Twilight, nor in Stremio would play, if it was an RD link. I’m still getting the “provider is currently unavailable” message.
Its weird. I follow RD on X and this message still hasnt showed up for me hours later.

When I select a non-cached stream from RD, it just says “downloading file” and it doesn’t play (ever - non-cached files never have).
So… REAL-DEBRID IS DEAD! What’s the alternative? Premiumise is expensive, Torbox doesn’t have widespread compatibility, what about Elf-hosted’s new USENET offering???
I don’t know if RD is dead but the last time it had issues Premiumize.me started offering amazing discounted packages. After they started getting more customers they upgraded their service and from my own perspective did a great job of it.
That being said id keep a look out to see if they do it again after this RD issue.
Never an issue with TB+ or PM+. Guess it’s time to go back into the settings and remove the RD API keys in all the addons.

@sktn77a Torbox works with FenLight AM, Dradis, POV, Umbrella, Gears (and likely a few more not named here) and pulls TONS of links.
That would make sense why I didnt see it. Lol
