Real- debrid Support

How many firesticks will real-debrid acct support?

“You can use Real Debrid on as many devices as you want under the same account as long as they are connected to the same internet.”

Thank you for the info.

My experience has been real-debrid account across multiple devices across numerious networks at various locations over the years. Only had one account and never had any issue.

Just can’t use on two different IP addresses at the same time. That’s it.

I was wondering the same thing. I am fairly new to real debrid. Paid for 180 days. I use it for Kodi on my firestick in the living room. I would like to use it for cinema hd in my she-shed. If I sign in to use it on cinema, will it kick me out of kodi on the other firestick and tv?

welcome

I have a RD authorized VPN and use server locations & addresses, all over North America. No issues.

I’m not 100% sure but I believe as long as you are only using it on the same IP address at any one time you should be okay. When I travel with a Stick I use on a different IP address BUT it’s the only IP address being used at the time and it works great. So I think as long as all devices are on the same IP address you should be good

Again, if the Wi-Fi in your shed is the same IP address as the internet in the rest of your house then you’re good. If you’re using a separate internet connection and trying to use both devices at the same time it’ll be a problem.

I may be mistaken, as usual, but running two TVs through Surf Shark, won’t each TV have a different IP address?

Only as far as the Lan is concerned I think. Anything running through the VPN should have the same addy assigned by the VPN from it’s server.

Just renewed today 180 days plus my free 30-day Fidelity Points good until Jan 26, 2025 for $7.65 USD Woohoo!

Oh, and btw, yes you can use it in your 'she shed using your home internet connection.

Edit: The $7.65 was for the Prime App. Real-Debrid was $17.15. So, that is about 1 bit a day.

Miki, the reason I’m thinking this is that if I look at the downloads listed in my RD account it lists two different IP addresses. This would be from two different TVs.

Were those downloads on the same day? I often have different IP addresses even with just one device, but only on different days, not the same one. If the VPN is installed on each device separately then chances are good that every connection from another device will be assigned a different address by the VPN.

Over multiple days Yes, the VPN was loaded on different devices. I didn’t want the home router bogged down, as VPNs tend to do. Later since I still have an account with IP Vanish I will see what the listing is for the IP addy in the RD log. As a further experiment I will change servers to see what happens.

This is mainly an academic exercise for me.

All good, but don’t forget, even though the VPN is loaded on each device they all still go through your router/modem. So most addresses you get are “dynamic” so you may have that specific quartet assigned for your session lease and the moment you discontinue your session or it expires, that quartet may very well go to someone else immediately or back into the lease pool and it will come up on rotation at another time. Unless you pay extra you will never get a dedicated IP address.
